Space Embrace Terms of Service

By using the services provided by Space Embrace, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Space Embrace offers various organizing and wardrobe services, as described on our platform and promotional materials. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any of these services at our sole discretion without notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are as listed on our platform or as provided in official communications. Payments are due as specified in our service agreements. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring the accessibility and readiness of the spaces or items to be organized or serviced.

5. Limitation of Liability

Space Embrace, including its owners, Ashley Brown & Erin Tweedy, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

Space Embrace reserves the right to terminate any service agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Space Embrace will first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiations. If negotiations are unsuccessful, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Space Embrace’s location.

8. Changes to the Terms

Space Embrace reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Space Embrace operates.
